Digiquestors deals exclusively in digital products and services. There is no physical delivery of any kind. All access, deliverables, and communications are provided digitally.
This Service & Delivery Policy explains how Digiquestors delivers its digital products and services, outlines expected timelines, and defines the responsibilities of both Digiquestors and the client.

Digiquestors reserves the right to update, modify, or supplement course content at any time. Enrolled students will have access to updated content for the duration of their access period. We do not guarantee perpetual inclusion of any specific lesson, module, or feature.

After payment of the agreed fee or initial retainer:

Web development timelines are defined in the individual project proposal or service agreement. Standard milestones include:
Timelines are contingent upon timely client feedback at each milestone. Failure to provide feedback within the specified review window (typically 5 business days per milestone) may cause project delays.
4.2 Revisions
The number of revision rounds is defined in the project proposal. Requests exceeding the agreed revision scope will be billed separately at the applicable hourly or project rate.
For successful delivery of services, clients are expected to:
Digiquestors reserves the right to pause or terminate services without refund in cases where client non-responsiveness or non-cooperation prevents service delivery for more than 30 consecutive days.
Digiquestors shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, server downtime, platform policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.), power failures, civil unrest, government orders, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume services promptly.
Upon full and final payment, the client receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables (website, ad creatives, social media content) for their business purposes. Ownership of proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Digiquestors remains exclusively with Digiquestors.
Course content – including videos, PDFs, templates, and materials – remains the sole intellectual property of Digiquestors. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.
This Policy may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
