Service & Delivery Policy

Digiquestors deals exclusively in digital products and services. There is no physical delivery of any kind. All access, deliverables, and communications are provided digitally.

1. Overview

This Service & Delivery Policy explains how Digiquestors delivers its digital products and services, outlines expected timelines, and defines the responsibilities of both Digiquestors and the client.

2. Digital Course Access

2.1 Access Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation:

  • Course access will be granted to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours.
  • You will receive a confirmation email containing your login credentials or a direct access link.
  • If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.
  • For bulk purchases (teams or organizations), access may take up to 48–72 hours depending on the size.

2.2 Platform Access

  • Courses are hosted on our online learning platform accessible via www.digiquestors.com or a linked LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Access is tied to your registered account. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
  • Course access is granted for the period stated on the product page (e.g., lifetime access, 1-year access). After expiry, access may be revoked without refund.

2.3 Content Updates

Digiquestors reserves the right to update, modify, or supplement course content at any time. Enrolled students will have access to updated content for the duration of their access period. We do not guarantee perpetual inclusion of any specific lesson, module, or feature.

3. Digital Marketing Services

3.1 Project Kickoff

After payment of the agreed fee or initial retainer:

  • A project kickoff meeting will be scheduled within 3 business days.
  • A detailed onboarding questionnaire will be sent for completion within 5 business days.
  • Services will officially commence upon receipt of required credentials, access, and onboarding information.

Delays in providing required information by the client may result in proportional delays in project delivery, which Digiquestors shall not be held liable for.

3.2 Service Timelines

  • SEO Projects: Initial audit and strategy delivery within 7–14 business days of kickoff.
  • Social Media Management: Content calendar for Month 1 delivered within 7 business days of kickoff.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC): Campaign setup and launch within 5–10 business days of receiving ad creatives and budget approval.
  • Monthly reporting will be provided within the first 5 business days of each new calendar month.

All timelines are estimates and may be affected by client responsiveness, platform changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Web Development Services

4.1 Project Timeline

Web development timelines are defined in the individual project proposal or service agreement. Standard milestones include:

  1. Discovery & Scoping: 3–5 business days
  2. Design Mockups: 7–14 business days from approval of scope
  3. Development: As per agreed project timeline
  4. Testing & QA: 3–5 business days before launch
  5. Launch & Handover: Upon client’s written sign-off

Timelines are contingent upon timely client feedback at each milestone. Failure to provide feedback within the specified review window (typically 5 business days per milestone) may cause project delays.

4.2 Revisions

The number of revision rounds is defined in the project proposal. Requests exceeding the agreed revision scope will be billed separately at the applicable hourly or project rate.

5. Communication & Support

  • Primary communication channel: Email (digiquestors@gmail.com)
  • Support requests are acknowledged within 1–2 business days.
  • Business hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT (Pakistan Standard Time).
  • International clients are served across time zones; response times may vary due to time differences.
  • Emergency or urgent requests may be flagged in the email subject line as “URGENT” and will be prioritized.

6. Client Responsibilities

For successful delivery of services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
  • Grant necessary platform access (website, ad accounts, social media profiles) in a timely manner.
  • Review and approve deliverables within the specified review windows.
  • Designate a single point of contact for all project communications.
  • Notify Digiquestors promptly of any changes in business requirements or strategy.

Digiquestors reserves the right to pause or terminate services without refund in cases where client non-responsiveness or non-cooperation prevents service delivery for more than 30 consecutive days.

7. Force Majeure

Digiquestors shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, server downtime, platform policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.), power failures, civil unrest, government orders, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume services promptly.

8. Intellectual Property of Deliverables

Upon full and final payment, the client receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables (website, ad creatives, social media content) for their business purposes. Ownership of proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Digiquestors remains exclusively with Digiquestors.

Course content – including videos, PDFs, templates, and materials – remains the sole intellectual property of Digiquestors. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

9. Modifications to This Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
